The Sanuki Udon standard! Basic Udon served with simple broth. Add your choice of topping such as green onions, ginger, and tempura.
syouyu
Soysauce Udon served with grated daikon(Japanese radish). Enjoy freshly made noodles.
buukake
Pour concentrated broth, which is similar to thick dipping broth, over the udon.
 
zaru
The Cold Udon is served on a bamboo tray. The udon is eaten with thick dipping broth.
 
 

kama
The udon is taken straight from the iron pot and put into a bowl. Not tightened in cold water, so you can enjoy springy texture.
 

kamatama
The udon is taken straight from the iron pot and put into a bowl that is prepared with a raw egg. Pour soysauce over udon and mix them dynamically.
niku
Basic Udon topped with salty-sweet stewed beef. Tender beef and broth help to bring out the flavor of the udon.
nikubu
Bukkake version of Beef Udon. The choice of hot and cold is only available for large Bukkake.
